How to Write a Business Plan

Step 6

When writing the Business Plan you should be listing the means by which you can capitalise on your strenghts and minimise your weaknesses.

It should state how you intend to take advantage of opportunities and avoid potential threats to the business, and include plans covering all areas of the business.

Each section should contain objectives and strategies, and should be supported by budgets and cash flow forecasts where applicable.
